Do I have to get on a call?
No. Most stores sign up right on this page. If you want something custom, or just want to talk it through first, book a 15-minute call.
What do you need access to?
Only what your automations use: your store, your support inbox or helpdesk, and your books if you pick Bookkeeping. You grant it from your own accounts and can remove it any time.
How much does it cost?
Each automation is one fixed monthly price, from $19 a month, with setup included. Add more any time and they go on the same monthly bill. The phone line also bills its minutes as you use them, at 25¢ a minute. You see your total before you pay.
How do I pay?
On Stripe’s secure checkout, with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Link, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay or Klarna. It’s one charge a month for everything you run, and we never see your card details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There’s no contract and no cancellation fee. Email us or use your billing link, and your plan ends when the month you’ve paid for does.
When does it start working?
As soon as your tools are connected we build it, then show you a preview. Nothing goes out to a customer until you approve it.
Can I change what's running?
Yes. Your dashboard lets you switch automations on or off, change their settings, and ask for new ones.
Which stores do you work with?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Etsy, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, eBay, TikTok Shop and custom-built stores.
What happens to my customers' data?
It's used only to run your automations, never sold and never used to train AI. Disconnect a tool and we lose access to it. Our data processing addendum has the details.
